General conditions

These conditions regulate the use of the website www.greensolutionscr.com owned by Green Solutions Tiquicia SRL (from now on called Green Solutions) with legal identification number 3-102-631365; with address at
 La Uruca, from Capris 200 mts north, 25 mts west, in front of RESOCO, San José, Costa Rica; who puts at your disposal the sale of products remotely through the internet. These General Conditions are applicable only to sales made through the Green Solutions Tiquicia SRL online store.

Terms of use

Access and use of the website, governed by Law No. 7472 called the Law for the Promotion of Competition and Effective Defense of the Consumer, implies the express and full acceptance of these general conditions in the version published at the time the user accesses to the same, without prejudice to the particular conditions that may apply in some of the specific services of the website.

The user accepts that access to this website and the content included in it, takes place freely and consciously, under his sole responsibility. Users access the website freely and for free, although Green Solutions reserves the right to limit their access to certain content or services, requiring the registration of their data prior to access.

The user is not authorized to reproduce or transmit the content of this website, except with the prior authorization of Green Solutions.

Placing Orders

Orders are placed by the customer through our online store (www.greensolutionscr.com) 24 hours a day or by calling
(2290-6770 / 2290-6780) at our offices from Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 am to 5:30 pm.

The characteristics of the products and their prices in colones are those that appear on the screen. When you add a product or products to the "Cart" you can consult its content in the upper right part of the page by clicking on "Shopping Cart". By clicking on "Cart", the customer can verify and / or modify order and consult its total amount. After verifying the shipping details, you must confirm the order by clicking the "Confirm Order" button at the bottom of the page. By opening access to payment options, you will have to previously register as a customer and provide the required information.

Afterwards, the customer will receive a confirmation and registration message of their order to the e-mail provided in the registration information. We recommend that the Customer keep a copy of this e-mail as proof of her order.

Prices and payment methods

The prices indicated on the page have sales tax included, which according to the legislation is 13% applied to consumer goods. All orders are delivered with an invoice. In the invoice that the customer receives, the normal price of the product and the sales tax are indicated separately. The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and undertakes to apply the current rate at the time of the customer's order.

The accepted mode of payment for sales made on the website are by debit or credit card (Visa or Master Card) at the time of product delivery or by bank transfer or SINPE movil to the accounts stipulated on the website.

Shipping conditions

All purchases made through www.greensolutionscr.com will be delivered to the client in the place indicated, either their place of residence or place of work. The prices indicated do not include shipping costs, the amount will depend on the site where the order is sent. The expenses incurred in the shipment will be detailed in the order form and will be assumed by the customer in full.

In the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM):

o Orders over ¢ 50,000 (without i.v.a.) shipping is FREE.
o Orders less than ¢ 50,000 (
without i.v.a.) the shipment has a cost of ¢ 3,000 (+ i.v.a.).


Outside the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM):

o Shipping will be made by order, the amount will depend on the site where the order is sent.
o Orders less than ¢ 50,000 (
without i.v.a.) will add ¢ 2,000 to the cost of the order.


Visits:

o We have tours scheduled monthly or weekly to certain areas of the country.
o Shipping on tour will be free in orders over 
¢ 50,000 (without i.v.a.)
o Tour Areas: Nicoya, Santa Cruz, Liberia, Garabito, Parrita, Quepos, Dominical, San Carlos, Puerto Viejo, Cóbano y Limón.


The delivery time for orders for products that are in stock is 2 to 3 business days, if an unforeseen situation does not arise that makes compliance by Green Solutions impossible, and during the stipulated office hours. For orders of products that are not in stock, a delivery time of up to 8 business days is stipulated. For any type of special order, the delivery time will be variable and will depend on the quantity of product ordered and subject to its availability at the moment.
No services will be provided on January 1, May 1, Good Thursday and Friday, and December 25. Nor, any other holiday decreed by the government of Costa Rica that is declared in the future.

For all orders placed on Friday, it must be considered that there are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.

Cancellation of Orders and Return of Merchandise

If a client places an order and pays the corresponding amount but wants to cancel the order, he or she should contact our offices by email (info@greensolutionscr.com) or call (2248-0607 / 2248-3131) during the hours established customer service within a period of no more than 8 calendar days. A credit note (without expiration) will be prepared that can be applied to future purchases or can make purchases of other products from the store of the same amount; in the case of being older the client will cancel the difference. No refunds of cash will be made.

In case the client has already received the order at her home or place of work, she has a period of 8 calendar days from the moment she received the product(s) to cancel and return the product(s). The client must take the product to the Green Solutions offices, or request the courier service of a third party whose cost must be assumed in full.

The customer can choose to make purchases of other products on the website that equal the amount of the products that are being returned. In the case of being older, the client will cancel the difference. Or, a credit note will be made minus the shipping costs which are paid by the customer and are not refundable. Consumable, perishable and digital products cannot be returned.

Guarantee Policies

All products sold on www.greensolutionscr.com have a warranty from the manufacturer or distributor of at least 30 days from the day of delivery of the product to the customer. Products with a higher guarantee will be indicated in their description on the website.

The guarantees are valid with the presentation or sending by email of the original invoice issued at the time of purchase.
