• All purchases made through www.greensolutionscr.com will be delivered to the place indicated by the client, be it their place of residence or place of work. If it is by order that is not door-to-door, the client must withdraw it as indicated by the carrier.
• The prices indicated do not include shipping costs, the amount will depend on the place where the order is shipped.
• The costs incurred in shipping will be detailed in the order form and will be asumed by the customer .
• In the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM):
o Orders over ¢ 50,000 (i.v.i) shipping is FREE.
o Orders less than ¢ 50,000 ( i.v.i) shipping costs ¢ 3,000 (+ i.v.a.).
• Outside the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM):
o Shipping will be made by a carrier company, the cost will depend on the company through the order is sent.
o Orders less than ¢ 50,000 ( i.v.i) will add ¢ 2,000 to the cost of the order.
• Visits:
o We have monthly or weekly scheduled visits to certain areas of the country.
o Shipping on visits will be free.
o Visiting Zones: Nicoya, Santa Cruz, Liberia, Garabito, Parrita, Quepos, Dominical, San Carlos, Puerto Viejo, Sarapiquí.

• The delivery time for orders of products that are in stock is 2 to 3 business days, if an unforeseen situation does not arise that makes compliance by Green Solutions impossible, and during the stipulated office hours.
• For orders of products that are not in stock, as they are counter-lost products, a delivery time of up to 8 business days is stipulated.
• All products will be invoiced at the price stipulated on the invoice day, not on the day of the order. If there is a price change in any requested product, in the time elapsed between the order and the dispatch date, it will be invoiced with the price modified on the day of invoicing.
• For any type of special order, the delivery time will be variable and will depend on the quantity of the product ordered and subject to its availability at the time of purchase.
• No services will be provided on January 1st, May 1st, Thursday and Good Friday (on Easter) and December 25th. Nor, any other holiday decreed by the government of Costa Rica that will be declared in the future. Additionally, if there are holidays stipulated by management it will be indicated through the general bulletins and on social networks.
• For all orders placed on Fridays, it must be considered that on Saturdays and Sundays there are no deliveries.
